CONSCIOUS MANIFESTATION

If you have ever thought about and wondered how manifestation happens, you most likely have heard of law of attraction.  I have written books on the subject, coached people through it, written articles on it and have heard over and over again from many that have read books, attended seminars and practiced what they have learned that most of them have not achieved the results they were really expecting.

This is probably because one critical factor in order for them to succeed is being overlooked.  Everyone seems to think that if they visualize what they want, think about it positively and have the intention set, then, they are going to get what they want.

There is a bit more to direct manifestation than just that.  Most of us live our lives on automation.  We are on autopilot.  Even when we are doing our meditations, we do it in auto pilot mode.  This is definitely not “true consciousness”.  True consciousness starts from self-reflection.  It is through self-reflection that you discover who you really are.  You need to know who you are before you can centre yourself within that part of you that lives from a place of consciousness.

If we are not living through true consciousness, we are operating within the reality everyone else is.  Once we operate from consciousness, we are able to step outside the boundaries of what we call reality and re-write the direction of our lives.  Instead of throwing our desires into the pool of wills, we stop fighting and become fluid.

In other words, if we are only visualizing a dream, we are sending a vibration that is mixed soup within the consciousness of the entire planet with all the other desires around us.  Unless our vibration and frequency is of much higher intensity than those around us, we are not able to bend this reality significantly in our favour.  That makes the gestation period of a dream to come true much much longer than we might be willing to wait for.

What I am trying to suggest here is that we have ways to move and fly above traffic instead of zig-zagging through it.

As a spiritually-minded person reading this article you already know that life does not just happen to you.  You are not living some fate or destiny and you have power over your life.  You have this inborn sense that the reality others talk about is not as solid as you have been taught.  You even probably feel the fluidity of life and know and sense that your will has an effect on how your future folds out.

So now, as a spiritual person, how often do you sit down and really take that idea to heart? How often do you think to yourself “Is my life going in the direction I want it to go?” OR “What can I do to change the direction my life is heading?”

As beings of Consciousness, we must simply stop living an Autopilot. When you are on autopilot, you allow everything and everyone around you to decide what tomorrow will look like.

When you live from the point of consciousness, you choose your life. You also choose what you think, feel, act and react in each and every moment.

When we are conscious, we are allowing the light of our awareness shine our intent on life and shape and mold it according to our desires.  Our brain and body is a part of this reality.

All you spirituals out there know that you are energy beings living in your body.  You are not your body. Our planet is a pool of consciousness, made up of all life-forms in it.  Their thoughts, feelings, emotions, intentions, actions and reactions are a part of this collective mind that sees each individual like a cell in its body. It sees the thoughts and the emotions of everyone as a natural part of this collective process. Our sub-conscious plays a tremendous role in this process.

So as you try to be conscious and in control of your physical existence, your sub-conscious is alarmed that you are not in a single file with the rest of the beings; so it reacts by trying to keep you asleep.

It creates situations in your life where you will most likely be reacting to the thoughts and emotions of the physical body.   So let’s say you have been trying to be really good with your thoughts and direct them positively and this particular day you even had a real long meditation session.  Then you go to work and some folks at work are just all over you and they seem confrontational.  You feel an urge to react and confront them if the ego gets the best of you.  If however, you are a conscious being, then you bend like willow in the wind and centred within your consciousness. You choose to act as opposed to react.  You deal with any drama with pure clarity.

If you want to be centred in consciousness you must remain in that state on a daily basis.  Anytime we want to consciously change the direction of our lives, the elements within us are going to generate some resistance towards the change. Don’t give up.  Your manifestation is going to take consciousness of effort and will. Once we learn to act from our consciousness and not our brain we are operating at a level separate and outside from the masses. We will be tapping into the very Source that guides and directs this entire existence.  We will learn the true act of co-creation.

Here are four things to do to centre your consciousness:

·         You need to change your frequency of vibration.  This is done through self-reflection of meditation.  When you self-reflect, your consciousness vibrates at a much higher frequency.

·         Observe your thoughts; watch them.  If you get distracted, simply go back.

·         Ask yourself: where all your thoughts and emotions coming from? What are the underlying desires and intentions of your brain and body that brought them about? Do not judge your thoughts as good or bad.

·         As you look at anything, feel the feeling in your chest area.  The feeling in your chest is different when you are looking at your favourite chair or your cat or the plant on the desk.  Start feeling the reality around you by being aware of your chest area as you look at things.  The sensory to your soul resides in the chest area.  That is where your consciousness is centred.  This is the intelligence of your higher consciousness.

Normally as we go through our every-day lives, we create an energy field or pattern of everything or everyone we encounter or see.  Usually to protect yourself from draining when you deal with someone with a lower energy vibration, you would need to concentrate your focus on sacral chakra. This chakra has a very dense kind of energy that is very physical.  Focusing on that chakra while you scan things with your consciousness, will create a buffer or shield to protect your core vibration. I think of it sort of like a doctor wearing a mask, latex gloves and the white jacket.

Some time ago I came across something called “Higher Balance Method”.  I like to share the steps with you as it was in that material and I had jotted down:

·         Find a quiet place.  A place with no noise or minimal noise and where there will be no interruptions.  You can even use ear-plugs if you wish.

·         Spend several minutes just listening to the sound inside your head and becoming increasingly aware of your physical body.

·         Listen to the sounds that are created.  Buzzing or ringing pitch and or other tones.

·         What side of your head are you hearing the tones?

·         Move your eyes in the direction that you are hearing the tones strongly.

·         As you concentrate on that, now move your eyes to the opposite direction.  Try to hear the tones on that side if you can.

·         Try to make the tones stronger on that side now by relaxing and observing so that both sides become equally loud.

·         Where are these tones coming from? Are they from front or behind you or are they in the middle of your head?

·         Once you have a lock on it, “fall back” into the tone, as if you were falling back, plunging into water. The more you relax into them, the more the tones will start to become louder on both sides.

·         Remain aware of the tones and hold on to them.  Keep the tones equally balanced on both sides.  As you do this, you are immersed within yourself.

·         Pay attention to the state of mind you are in.  It is not your everyday state of mind.  If you are doing this with your eyes open, look around your room.  Notice how different everything “feels” to you.  Notice how you pick up on things you don’t normally notice.

It is good to practice this at times with eyes closed for a deeper balancing exercise.  This is called the doorway to enlightenment. Practicing this will unlock its secrets to you. Later on if you hear it during the day, immediately start tuning into it.   Your Consciousness is trying to return to a higher state of vibration, so let it.   Use your awareness to pay attention to your environment, or what you are feeling.  There is a reason your consciousness is trying to shift itself, and utilizing your awareness will reveal those answers.  For more information on this technique I do encourage you to search the web.
