Skin
Care: Because
your breasts have no muscle, they rely on elasticity and muscle tone for proper
support. Begin a skin care regime of cleansing, moisturizing, massaging and
exfoliating the breast, neck and shoulder area. Exfoliate the skin of your
breasts once a week. Use NUVELLA Shea Nut cream twice a day. Avoid products
with alcohol as they can dry the skin. Massaging your breasts twice a day is an
excellent way to maintain circulation and stimulate the energy flow in your
breasts. Shower or bathe in warm water. Apply NUVELLA Shea Nut cream to your
body when your skin is slightly damp and warm. Avoid hours of direct sunlight
and the use of chemical products.
Exercise: The muscles of the chest,
shoulders and neck provide support for the weight of your breasts. Create a conscious effort to use your
pectoral muscles in your daily routine and exercise class. Try at least two of the below mentioned
exercises a day.
#1
a. Hold your arms straight in front
of you, at shoulder level.
b. Bring your hands slowly, towards your shoulders clenching your hands as though you are pulling something strenuously.
c. Repeat 20 times.

c. Repeat 20 times.
#2
• When you're driving and come to
a stop light, press evenly into the sides of your steering wheel and feel your
pectoral muscle contract. Repeat several times.
#3
• On all 4's, slowly lower your
upper body to the floor as if you were drinking from a bowl. Keep your elbows
close to the sides of your body and your palms flat, fingers facing forward.
Lower only an inch at first and progress slowly. Lower to the floor slowly and
push away slowly. Repeat several times.
#4
• Standing, extend the arms out
in front of you and cross at the elbows keeping them slightly below shoulder
level. Draw the elbows back and repeat the extension. Repeat this slowly
alternating one arm on top and then the other. Do a few repetitions with your
palms up and then down. Feel for the contraction across the front of your
chest.
#5
• Using light hand held weights
or a soup can in each hand, lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat,
your elbows bent. Slowly press the weights or cans up to the ceiling and then
across your chest. Repeat a few times and then rest.
#6
• On all 4's, support your weight
with one arm and reach through under your chest with the other arm, palm up.
Imagine that you are threading a needle as your arm reaches through. Try
holding your arm up off the floor and envision fluffing up imaginary balloons.
Repeat 10x's on each side and then stretch out the front of your chest by
reaching behind you.
#7
• Standing, your feet apart,
shift your weight from left to right as you swim the breast stroke. Really
imagine that you are moving the water and feel resistance. Have fun with this
exercise and move to your favorite song! Let your hips and torso move and sway
to keep your spine relaxed.
Posture: A tall posture carries your
breasts higher and provides greater support. You can actually improve the look
of your breast by standing tall. Proper posture is very important. To improve
your posture, imagine that you have an Indian feather attached to the back of
your head and lengthen the back of your neck as you direct the feather up into
the clouds. Let this energy draw you upward. Keep your belly relaxed, breath
soft and your tail bone weighted, connected to the earth. When you sit, imagine
the feather again. For large breasted women, imagine that you have another set
of breasts on the back side of your body. Feel for a balanced front and back.
Think up - not pushed out or forward.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure that you wear a full support bra during
the day and at night a bra that will not allow your breasts to hang on their
own and supports them properly. Don’t
use cold water on your breasts as this will not allow the blood to flow to the
area and will cause the breast to look its worse later. At the time the cold water is used the breast
will look very nice but it will do damage later on. Incorporating nutritional supplements such as
a good vitamin and mineral supplement and Vitamin C also helps a great deal.
