New Employer

Mid October 2015 I got a promotion.  I no longer was reporting to a regular manager, I started reporting to “the” CEO.  I started reporting to the “Source”.  Let me tell you about his management style.  He is generous, kind, giving, loving, sharing, knowing, just and always on time.  He always has my back.  He promotes ideas and initiatives and all ideas are welcomed.  He runs the business based on fresh ideas and different ways of handling the same scenarios.  I live and work from his office 24x7.  He provides the air I breathe, the water I drink and all I need to clothe and shelter myself.  He knows everything about everything, yet he has no ego. He is the jack of all trades and master of all.  He is absolutely well-connected.

He is always present to answer my questions and I have full insurance coverage, he even fixes me when I am broken. He has billions of employees reporting from cradle to grave and all types and species.  He is non-judgemental and treats all employees exactly the same regardless of colour, religion, background, or education. There are no favourites.  Some of his human employees don’t believe in him and his ways, but that does not seem to disturb anything at all.  He has laws in place that are absolute and consistent and no one is immune from them.  Nepotism is at all-time high in his corporations as he cannot help but hire all that he knows.

In his corporation, respect and love are of utmost importance.  No reporting is required because of the absolute laws and the contained processes.  The laws govern all to make sure there are no deviations and every single result of an action is always successful.  In his organization, getting laid off only means changing shape and duty.  He is absolutely the “wealthiest” of CEOs.  No other being owns as much; yet he makes all that he has available to all his employees to use and take advantage of. My experience is his experience. Understanding that I am his employee, he provides all that is required for me to continue my job of co-creation.  The only job requirement he places is for us to just “be”.

This ultimate employer, the Source, lives within all and all lives within it.  Seeing that he owns all creation, and we create only based on inspirations from within, he continuously provides all that is required for us to continue being.  Get to know your employer and be still.  All is well.
