New Years Resolution




Hello everyone;
The New Year is fast approaching and it won’t be too long before we all start making our New Year’s resolutions. The years pass by quicker than ever before.  We know that if we practice anything for about a month, it will become a habit.  So imagine practicing something productive for a whole year.
So here are few resolutions I can think of and will follow:
1.      Meditate on my breath, at least 5-10 minutes a day;
2.       Start seeing everything through the eyes of the Source;
3.       Understand that if I like where I am, all that has happened in the past was needed for me to be here;
4.       Follow the path of least resistance and trust in the flow of life;
5.       Use my understanding over my will;
6.       Be loving to all;
7.       Be caring;
8.       See everyone well;
9.       Follow the rule of kind + true=necessary;
10.   Practice unity with all;
11.   Practice gratitude;
12.   Stop all judgements.
Make sure no matter what you promise yourself, you will follow and do.  Your body, mind and spirit takes your promises to yourself very seriously.  Respect yourself and make a promise you will keep.
