Home-Made Calcium Recipe



The best-absorbed calcium recipe:

Wash and hard-boil one egg.  Peel the egg and take the shell part, clean it and grind it.  Then mix the ground eggshell with ¼ liter of purified water and the juice of one lemon (not lime), and let it sit for three hours in a cool place. Now strain it add ½ liter of purified water and ¼ teaspoon sugar.  Try to use filtered water and not a regular tap water in this process.

Drink this liquid three or four times a day a small gulp at a time.  It will take few days to finish this mixture. If you continue this for three weeks, any calcium deficiencies that you may have will go away.
