Here is what is needed for someone who is suffering
from epilepsy and seizures in general.
Try to buy the recommended vitamins below in either
capsule or liquid. Buy brands like, platinum, flora, natural factors. I do not really like the other brands because
of the way they prepare their vitamins.
·
Multivitamin – buy a good brand like Platinum or progressive – 2 a day
·
B-Complex
– Natural Factors brand – 100mg – 3 times a day
·
Calcium/Magnesium
– 2 to 1 ratio – 1500mg a day
·
Dimethyglycine
(DMG) – As directed on the label – this increases the oxygenation of tissues
·
L-Carnitine
– As directed on the label – Take this if he/she is taking anticonvulsant drugs
·
L-Tyrosine
– 500mg 3 times a day on empty stomach with water or juice. Do not take with
milk.
·
Vitamin
B6 – 50mg to be taken at the same times as L-Tyrosine
·
Vitamin C
– 1000mg to be taken at the same times as L-Tyrosine
·
Magnesium
– 700mg daily in divided doses between meals on empty stomach. Take this with apple cider vinegar and not
water or juice.
·
Omega 3
Oil – 1000 mg a day
·
Selenium
– 60 mcg a day
Other recommendations:

sprat);
·
Fresh
juices of carrots, beans, red grapes, sea weed;
·
Eat small
meals and do not drink large amounts of liquids at once;
·
Take two
spoons of virgin olive oil daily;
·
Avoid
alcohol, coffee, milo, ovaltine, animal products, fried food, artificial
sweeteners, and also white sugar and flour;
·
Make sure
you have regular bowel movements; (if constipation is a problem, make an enema
by squeezing the juice of two lemons and mixing it with two quarts of lukewarm
water.)
